High-quality acrylic primer for partial and full car finishing. Has perfect adhesion to unpolished O.E.M. factory panels, as well as to all types of metal and plastic: PE-PP-ABS-TSOP and others (grind plastics with P180-P220 abrasive).
Mixes in a 2:1 ratio with BODY 729 hardener.
HB Body 725 hardener (polished version). Hardener HB Body 729 (wet on wet). Thinner HB Body 740 and HB Body 741 (50-60%).
Suitable for surface application:
steel (small areas), factory repair panel (O.E.M./E-COAT), factory paint coating, acid soils, polyester laminates, polyester putties, fiberglass and plastic surfaces, except PE and PTFE, soils and 1K – fillers.
Special instructions:
The minimum temperature for air drying is +13 °C. Use BODY 511 FLAT GUIDE developing coatings to control sanding. In case of defects on the surface, they can be eliminated with the help of 2K and 1K putties. When applied to plastics and parts prone to chipping, add 5% BODY 803 FLEX AGENT (elastifier). In the “wet-on-wet” version, do not use BODY DUR 726 hardener, do not apply a layer of more than 40-60 microns, do not apply over large putty areas and thermoplastic materials.
Warning:
when using the accelerator HB BODY PRO A715 TURBO AX, the life time of the mixture is significantly reduced. Therefore, the material should be used immediately.
Caution: Do not overdose the hardener.
Rules of use:
Mix the components to a homogeneous consistency, observing the mixing ratio. Apply layers with a thickness of no more than 60-75 microns with an intermediate exposure time. The viability of the mixture is 75 min. at +23 °C. The minimum application temperature is +15 °C.
